NORTHERN STAR.

I came to a land so cold and far.
Lit by the strong Northern star.
To be with a lady with hair so fair.
Like silver in the moonlight air.
However,things were not to be.
Cause divorce me did she.
Cultures come and go.
For all we do not know.
Men and women meet in strange lands.
Always with open hands.
But know this,after time.
White wine turns to red wine.
Hate is not a nice thing to show.
But a thing all people know.
So come to the land of the Northern Star.
But don't let your mind drift to far.

GLOBALISATION.


Sometimes in a world of no honey.
Fat cats have all the money.
Corporate greed and all of that.
Wont buy a poor guy a hat.
The fat cats rule as always they will.
But a pond can buy an ounce of swill.
In the days of a certain Robin Hood.
Things then were not so good.
but maybe his time will come again.
Giving the poor what they need to gain.
Who knows what the future bring.
Lets hope its not always a spin thing.


WIFE.


When a man hits his wife,who is she?.
His best mate,maybe
Who knows,cause he is drunk.
Next day found in the rubbish dump.
There is a world of nothing today.
Lets go see Beckham play.
Come home with good cheer.
Mates lets have another beer.


As you can probably tell i have made these up as i go along,
but i think they say a lot about life today.Maybe for some
and not for others.
